i want that look so bad i can never get it right ..like my hairs naturaly wavy and well i flat iron it lotz ..and i just got this hair cut yesterday..and dont know how to work with it HELP!

I don't think this will help you much unfortunately.

Have you tried to experiment with backcombing?

All backcombing (or teasing) consists of really is pulling up chunks of hair and running a comb through it in the opposite direction that you normal do.

It seems to me in the picture that you want, you'd have to strategically backcomb in certain areas, but not go crazy. Also, the outer layer probably is smoothed down a little.

If your hair is fine and the backcombed areas don't hold, you may have to lightly spray the backcombed areas.

Go to a beauty school,and ask the instructor to teach you.Another idea,go to an older hairdresser,or your Grandma.
