I want a punk/emo hairstyle. But my hair is wavy, so how would i style it?

i would like it so that in the front it is longer than the back. My school wont let you have colors in your hair that arent natural, so what colors should i use? I want black, but i dont think my mom will let me... im 13 almost 14.

You should get a graduate cut.That is where it is shorter in the back and longer in the front.

If you cant get your hair dyed black, go for a super dark brown.

To punkify it a little more add some auburn highlights with reddish tint in it.

To style,blow dry with a round brush and straighten with a hot iron.Putting your hair half uo would look cute too.

Never be afraid to punk it up a little!

well i know some eople at my school that have hair that is down to there cheek bone and then it gets shorter and shorter untill it reaches the back of their head and theres no hair except for a little and they spike that up and i would tell you to straiten it but i don't think that you can

get PROMONENT highlights or low lights... if you know what i mean (so its still "natural") then cut your hair the way you want it.

My hair is wavy but if i blow dry it, it is straight. if that doesn't work, you can straighten it...

note:

don't chemically straighten your hair because it won't be completly straight-just toned down.
