Cut-Side bangs parted to one side, lots of layers, just super choppy.

Color-Try going with a base color of black or blonde, put lots of different colors in it, and maybe a streak of blue or pink at the bottom.

Styling-Spray it with hairspray, and just kinda mess it up, put like little clips and stuff like that just to like add flair

You should check myspace, so you can like figure out what you want, there are tons of emo and scene kids there.

Dye your hair black. Then stop cutting it. Then push all your hair in front of your face and go like this :'( all day, everyday. Oh, and listen to shitty music.

Um try a blunt fringe over/ just at the eyes. Really layered at the top with long tapered bits coming from it use hair extensions if need. It can black, maybe with a little blonde. Dress it up with cute clips/bows and hairbands etc..
