It depends what shade of blonde it is but if i were you and you are really emo then go for a brighter non permant shade to experiment or a red underneath you black.

That would look SO cute. But to keep it an emo style get really choppy - but still cute - bangs and dye their tips white. Then dye the tips of your hair white.
