I'm into "emo" and "scene" hair. suggestions please?

Ohkay, so this week im getting my hair cut and colored. I'm pretty sure I want turquoise but idk. I have absolutely no idea what cut to get. Please leave a picture, and maybe why it would look good on me, and maybe a color suggestion?

so you can backcomb (tease) your short layers!

i think you should leave the color the way it is, and bleach in streaks? coon tails are pretty cool too :)
