All you gotta do is cut a whole lotta layers, keep it at what length you want, but a whole lotta choppy layers in the back/on the sides will be considered "Emo". I just cut a whole bunch of layers and part it on the side. It looks pretty good. After that though use some hair coloring stuff and color it different colors. Emo hair is cool because there is no exact style, just lots of layers. So just chop till u like it and go crazy with it! That's what Emo's all about.
